I couldn't give credits to the artworks in the video since I only saw a few tags from PARASIT and OZ (R.I.P).
After posting it I now found this Street Art School site (german) with some more Hamburger street-artists:

hackenteer.com shows interesting street-art tours in Melbourne, London, ... and some locations in Hamburg, too. There I found LOS PIRATOZ and ALIAS whose works are also shown in the clip.
